If you would like to request a refund, please send a “Refund Request” via email at info@smartfixapp.com.

When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:

Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  • You are within the first 15 days from booking and confirmation.
  • In case of special offer services and items items, the discounted price will be deducted from refunds.
  • We cannot grant refunds after the first 30 days from request. Crediting to your account may vary from bank to bank.
  • In your request for refund, please state the reason of refund subject to verification to the service provider.

Refunds will be return on the same payment method such as credit card, debit card, bank transfer or cash by Smart Solutions Services (Smart Fix) provider less bank charges.
