If you would like to request a refund, please send a “Refund Request” via email at info@smartfixapp.com.
When requesting a refund, we respectfully ask that you meet the following refund policy conditions:
Eligibility conditions for a refund request:
- You are within the first 15 days of booking and confirmation.
- In case of special offers of services and items, the discounted price will be deducted from refunds.
- We cannot grant refunds after the first 30 days of the request. Crediting to your account may vary from bank to bank.
- In your request for a refund, please state the reason for the refund subject to verification with the service provider.
Refunds will be returned on the same payment method such as credit card, debit card, bank transfer, or cash by Smart Solutions Services (SmartFix) providing fewer bank charges.
